                                  ACL LIVE AT THE MOODY THEATER
                                  Home of Austin City Limits, the longest running music series in American TV history, this is also a popular venue for live music and other performances. Insider Tip: Even if there’s not a show while you’re in town, you can still tour the venue Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. - noon to see where the TV show is filmed.

                                  THE CONTEMPORARY AUSTIN - JONES CENTER
                                  Visit this 5,000-square-foot museum to see multidisciplinary exhibitions of contemporary art from all over the world.

                                  A popular gay lounge and dance club, this venue features guest DJs, dance competitions and themed events like drag queen bingo. Drag. Queen. Bingo!

                                  IRON BEAR
                                  The only bear bar in town doesn’t care if you’re a bear; cubs, otters, wolves, and everyone else is welcome here, too. Insider Tip: Go on Sunday for a free karaoke party.

                                  LADY BIRD LAKE
                                  Get a view of the city from the water. This centrally located outdoor destination offers kayaking, canoeing and stand-up paddleboarding as well as a gorgeous 10 mile hike-and-bike trail. Insider Tip: About half an hour before sundown from March to October, watch in awe as 1.5 million bats emerge from the Ann W. Richards Congress Avenue Bridge.

                                  OILCAN HARRY’S
                                  Stop by OCH, the oldest gay bar in town, for weekly drag shows, late-night dancing and stiff drinks served by a super friendly bar staff. Insider Tip: Into sports? The back bar at OCH has been turned into a sports bar called Score.

                                  PARAMOUNT THEATRE
                                  This beautiful theater is more than 100 years old and hosts film screenings, live music and other performances.

                                  Just two doors down from OCH, you’ll find this quintessential gay club. We’re talking DJs blasting pop remixes, a light-up dance floor and weekly amateur strip-off competitions.

                                  SELLERS UNDERGROUND
                                  Want to sit down and sip a classy mixed drink on your way from one dance party to another? This swanky cocktail lounge is conveniently located directly in between OCH and Rain.
